The 140 neighbors in the building at
7750 S. Emerald were all Veterans.
The smartest Veteran I knew was on a bus trip to
the University of Chicago Dean of the Law School's office.
We had already inquired at "Urban League" for ...?
My "Chief" at 7750 S. E. got an election stolen from him.
The #2 elected "Tenant Council" Veteran elevated
by that stolen election is a friend of mine.
My Chief gave this precious intellectual gift to me.
